5‧18 생존자의 외상 후 성장에 대한 탐색적 연구 : 광주 트라우마센터의 심리적 및 사회적 외상치유 프로그램을 중심으로 = An Exploratory Study on the Posttraumatic Growth of Survivors of May 18 Democratic Uprising : Focused on psychological and social trauma healing program of Gwangju Trauma Center

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to explore the posttraumatic growth of 5.18 survivors through psychological and social trauma healing programs conducted by Gwangju Trauma Center in the absence of academic research on posttraumatic growth. We analyzed the results of the psychological and social trauma healing programs conducted by the Gwangju Trauma Center for 5.18 people in 2013 and 2014. Based on the results, we suggested the importance of the trauma healing project of the Public Trauma Healing Center to recover the posttraumatic stress and the posttraumatic growth of the 5‧18 survivors in the future.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글의 목적은 5‧18 생존자의 외상 후 성장에 대한 학술적 연구가 전무한 현실에서 광주 트라우마센터에서 실시한 심리적, 사회적 외상치유 프로그램을 통해 5‧18 외상의 외상 후 성장을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 광주 트라우마센터에서 2013년과 2014년에 5‧18 관련자들을 대상으로 실시한 심리적, 사회적 외상치유 프로그램의 결과를 분석하였다. 결과를 토대로 향후 5‧18 생존자들이 외상 후 스트레스를 극복하고 외상 후 성장으로 나가기 위한 공적 외상치유센터의 외상치유사업의 중요성과 본 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.
