소셜러닝 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 변인 탐색

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study intended to investigate that the personality trait of extroversion and agreeableness have an effect on social efficacy, and openness and innovativeness have a what effect on ability to use of mobile device. Accordingly the purpose of observe that what is variables which have influenced on intention of participating social learning. To this end, collected data surveyed of university students and office workers who had experienced computer-based learning, and analyzed the relationships between variables using the structural equation modeling (SEM).
The results are as follows. First, it was found that the personality trait of extroversion was positively related to social efficacy. but agreeableness was not significantly related to social efficacy. Second, it was found that the openness was not positively related to mobil device utilizing ability. and innovativeness was positively associated with mobil device utilizing ability. finally, Social efficacy, mobil device utilizing ability as well as intention of participating social learning have positive relationship
The result of this study implies that social learning program can be utilized more efficiently as improve social efficacy and mobil device utilizing ability for develop and operate social learning at university and enterprise.
