교사유형별 수업공개컨설팅 모형 연구 : 중학교 과학교사를 대상으로 = (A) study on the consulting workshop class suitable for each teacher

This research is a case study to suggest suitable teaching pattern to each teacher by consulting teaching pattern appropriate for each science teacher.
To make this research, some analysis was done first about consulting on teaching, next teacher type was selected according to teaching pattern, and teachers were given a basic model on the basis of this material.
The results of this study are as follows.
First, successful consulting can be made after constructing rapport and confidence between consultant and client regardless of teacher type.
Second, consulting through mail, MSN, homepage, and counseling through telephone and natural counseling through meal to construct a rapport.
Third, it's true that though each science teacher majored at one subject, they have to teach four subject all together in a class, including three subject which they didn't majored at. In this respect, workshop class is essential, so consulting through cooperation is very important. In middle school science class, if each teacher helps one another, teaching can be successful.
Fourth, it's better to consult a type of teachers trusting in consultants aiming at improving quality of teaching; practicing diagnostic teaching, shooting a moving picture, analyzing a moving picture, counseling teaching plan and material using powerpoint, guiding new methods how to handle new experiment instrument.
Fifth, it's better to consult a type of teachers standing with consultants aiming at consulting them not to apply false concept to each teaching contents; checking teaching plan carefully, consulting accurately with deep understanding about each subject.
Sixth, it's better to consult a type of teachers distrusting in consultants aiming at introducing new experiment instrument and suggesting suitable teaching pattern.
Seventh, providing necessary material for client, examining new teaching pattern, introducing how to handle new experiment instrument, making teaching material gave much help to teachers, which was done through cooperation of consultants.
Eighth, using homepage of counseling group gave much help to clients, sharing good information between clients.
