In order to analyze the 288 data except 7 due to partial omission, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA along with one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were performed.
The results of this study are summarized as followings:
First, it was found that observation of teachers' sensitivity difference according to general characteristics shows child care teachers over age 36 through 40 and above age 41 have more sensitive interaction ability than those below age 30.

In addition, the higher teachers' wages and promotion opportunity are, the stronger the director's support and relationship with other teachers are, the higher teachers' vision is, the better teacher-infant responsiveness is and so is teachers' permissive attitude.
Fourth, it is concluded that in regard to difference of effect that teachers' sensitivity has on teacher-infant interaction, the higher teachers' sensitive interaction is, the more engaging teacher-infant activities are and the more various teacher-infant experience sharing is and teachers' permissive attitude. It also works the other way around.
