대학생의 코칭역량이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 정서지능의 매개효과 = The Effects of Coaching Competency on College Students' Career Preparation Behaviors: The Mediating Effect of Emotional Intelligence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 코칭역량이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고 정서지능의 매개효과를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국에 소재한 대학교 1-2학년 재학생 250명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 223명의 설문 응답을 SPSS, AMOS 28.0 프로그램으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같이 도출하였다.
첫째, 대학생의 코칭역량, 정서지능, 진로준비행동 간의 관련성을 검토하기 위해 상관관계를 분석한 결과 모든 측정 변인 간의 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 대학생의 코칭역량, 정서지능, 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 인과관계를 살펴보기 위해 측정모형에 대한 타당성 검증결과 모두 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 대학생의 코칭역량은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 정서지능이 이 두 변인 간의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 대학생의 코칭역량과 정서지능이 진로준비행동을 높이기 위한 변인으로 진로 프로그램 및 교육의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of coaching competency on career preparation behavior of college students and to verify the mediating effect of emotional intelligence. To this end a questionnaire was administered to 250 students in their first and second year at a university located in South Korea, and 223 of the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS 28.0 programs. The results are as follows.
First, correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between college students'coaching competency, emotional intelligence and career preparation behaviors, and significant positive correlations were found between all variables. Second, to examine the structural causal relationship between college students’coaching competency, emotional intelligence, and career preparation behaviors, the validation of the measurement model showed that all factors were significantly positively correlated. Third, college students' coaching competency had a direct effect on career preparation behavior and emotional intelligence had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between these two variables. Through this study, we hope that college students'coaching competency and emotional intelligence can be used as the basis for career education and programs as variables to increase career preparation behaviors.
