유배우자 노인의 성생활 현상에 관한 비교

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유배우자 노인들의 성생활 경험에서 나타나는 본질의 현상에 관하여 남ㆍ여 노인을 비교 하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역 노인복지관 및 지인을 통하여 남?여 노인 65세-75세 이하 각각 4명을 심층면접 실시하여 현상학의 Colaizzi 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 8개 범주의 성적욕구를 느낌, 성적욕구해소, 성생활 변화, 성생활 태도, 성생활 영향, 성생활 의미, 성생활 만족, 성생활 제한 요소에서 남성 노인 29개, 여성 노인 24개의 주제가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 의하여 노년기를 보내는 남ㆍ여 노인들의 성생활에서 보다 원만하고 삶의 질을 더 높이는 프로그램 계발과 노인의 성에 대한 그릇된 인식 즉 성행위의 차원에서만 접근하는 것을 노년기 친밀감 증진과 삶의 동반자적 입장에서 심리적이고 정서적인 차원으로 접근하는 방식이 선행되어야 함을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, the existence of the elderly spouses of sexual experience symptoms appear about the nature of male and female elderly were compared. To this end, the Elderly Welfare Center in Seoul and acquaintances through the male and female aged 65-75 with less than three in-depth interviews conducted with each of the four people Colaizzi"s method of phenomenological analysis. Findings are eight categories of sexual desire, sexual relief, sex change, sexual attitudes, sexual affect, sexual meaning, sexual satisfaction, sexual limit at 29 men aged elements, elderly women were 24 topics. These findings by Sexually active men and women to send in old age than in older people"s quality of life more smoothly and increase program development and that is a false recognition of elderly sex sexual activity only in the dimension of the promotion and access to the intimacy of life in old age enemy positions in the psychological and emotional companion dimensional approach should be leading the way were suggestions.
