정부 조직과 언론 조직 간의 상호의존적 관계 구조 분석 = 문민정부에서 참여정부 시기를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper analyze inter-organization interdependence relations between Government Organization and Press Organization, which based on the perspectives of resource dependence and social network. For the purpose of this analysis, this study set the analysis categories with ascribed characteristics(birth region and region of highschool) and acquired characteristics(college education, occupation, scholastic major), and analyze personal characteristics of this categories of high-ranking officials(a minister of Administration and Directorates of Press organizations). And, the Press is divided into Newspaper and Broadcasting.
As a result, the trait of Organizations between Government and Broadcasting have homogeneity at birth region and region of highschool among ascribed characteristics. but, Newspaper does not similar after the People’s Government. And, at the acquired characteristics, the Press Organizations have similar traits at the college and occupation category, the Government have similar traits at the college category. The interdependency of between government and press have rely on the political region and the college categories. Results of this analysis, inter-organization interdependence of Government and Press rely on Korean traditional personal connection categories.
