유아기질과 부모역할지능이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향: 유아적응유연성의 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Effect of Preschoolers’ Temperament and Parental Intelligence on Their Behavior Problems: Mediating Effect of Preschoolers’ Resilience

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of preschoolers’ temperament, resilience and parental intelligence on their behavior problems. Questionnaires were completed by 363 mothers, each with a 3- to 5-year old child(179 boys, 184 girls) in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The collected data were analyzed through reliability, mean, standard deviation, frequency Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression analyses using SPSS Win 21.0. The main findings of the study are as follows: First, preschoolers’ initiative resilience, emotionality temperament, sociability temperament, parenting intelligence, and attachment resilience were significant predictors of their internalizing behavior problems. In addition, preschoolers’ self-control resilience, emotionality temperament and parenting intelligence were significant predictors of their externalizing behavior problems. Second, preschoolers’ resilience had a partial or full mediating effect on the relationship between preschoolers’ temperament or parenting intelligence and their internalizing/externalizing behavior problems.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 유아기질, 부모역할지능 및 유아적응유연성이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 유아기질 및 부모역할지능과 유아의 문제행동 간의 관계에서 유아적응유연성의 매개역할을 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하는 만 3∼5세 유아의 어머니 총 363명(남아: 179명, 여아: 184명)을 대상으로 질문지를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Win 21.0을 통해 신뢰도, 평균, 표준편차, 빈도분석, Pearson의 상관관계분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석, 단순회귀분석 및 중다회귀분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 내재화 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 변인은 유아주도성유연성, 유아정서성기질, 유아사회성기질, 부모양육지능, 유아애착유연성의 순으로 나타났다. 한편, 유아의 외현화 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 변인은 유아자기통제유연성, 유아정서성기질, 부모양육지능의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아적응유연성은 유아기질 및 부모역할지능과 유아의 내재화/외현화 문제행동 간의 관계를 부분 또는 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다.
