기업 정보화와 인적 자원 현황에 따른 상업정보교육 개선방안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근에 우리나라는 커다란 사회적 변환기를 맞이하였고 사회변화는 기업뿐 아니라 교육에도 커다란 방향전환을 제시하고 있지만 아직 우리의 교육은 이에 따라가지 못하고 있다.
이러한 사회변화와 기업변화를 상업교육과 관련지어 살펴보면 상업교육 지원자의 급격한 감소, 기업의 정보화 및 고등 실업자 증가, 가정불화에 따른 학생들의 정서불안 및 기초학력 저하 등 문제는 여러 가지가 중복되어 나타나 현 상업교육의 실태는 그 실마리를 찾기가 어려운 현실이며 또한 계속 어려워질 형편이다.
본 논문은 이러한 문제를 근본적으로 해결할 수 있기 위한 기본은 이러한 문제가 있다는 것을 파악하는 것이고, 이를 교육개정안에 포함 시켜 수업능력이 부족한 상업계 학생들을 위한 단계적인 교재의 개발과 수업의 다단계화 그리고 대학진학과 취업을 원하는 학생들의 분류 및 취업을 원하는 학생들을 위해 지역사회와 연계하여 전문화되고 기본교육에 충실할 수 있도록 특성화 시켜야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Our country has recently been plunged into a major social transition period and even though the social changes suggest significant change of direction not only in corporations but also in education, our education is unable to cope with such change.
Looking at such social and corporate changes in the perspective of commercial education, problems such abruptly decreased applicants for commercial education, corporate information technology, increased unemployment of highly educated persons, emotional disturbance of students due to family discord and lowered basic academic background surface in duplicate and the clues to the present conditions of commercial education are difficult to find, which is more likely to further worsen.
This study is aimed at identifying such problems as the first step to tackle the problems and then pointing to several steps to take in order to improve on the conditions. First, The appropriate approaches to such problems should be incorporated in the revised education programs. Such approaches should include step-by-step developments of the text books and multi-step teachings for the students in vocational schools who are comparatively poorly built in academic foundation, differentiate the students wishing to get jobs after graduating high schools from the students planning to go to college, and provide the latter with rather professional and basics-oriented education in collaboration with the community.
