댄스운동에 참여하는 젊은 여성들의 신체지각과 날씬함 추구가 자아존중감과 우울에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to investigate the effects of the body perception and drive for thinness on self-esteem and depression focused on young women in life dance participants. And for this purpose, this study surveyed 200 women participating in dance sports, aerobics and jazz dance using MANOVA, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression by SPSS 15.0. the results of this study were as to follows. first, this study found two groups by the level of body perception: body satisfaction and dissatisfaction group. this study found that there were significant differences in self-esteem and depression by the level of body perception. body satisfaction had positive(+) influence on the self-esteem. Also, body dissatisfaction had negative(-) influence on the depression. second, this study didn`t have significant differences in self-esteem and depression by the level of drive for thinness.
