인터넷 음란물이 청소년 성문화에 미치는 영향 : 수도권 전문계·일반계 남자 고등학생을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인터넷의 발달은 많은 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있다는 장점을 주었으나 그만큼 잘못된 정보를 얻을 수 있다는 단점도 함께 나타나고 있다. 인터넷 발달에 대한 단점 중 가장 큰 문제가 되는 것 중 하나는 음란물을 쉽게 접할 수 있다는 점이다.
특히 정신적으로 미성숙한 청소년들에게 있어 이러한 음란물의 접촉은 건전한 정서와 올바른 가치관을 파괴하고, 청소년들의 일탈의 원인을 제공하는 유해 환경으로 작용한다는 것은 부인할 수 없다. 또한 아동과 성인의 과도기인 청소년기에 음란물을 자주 접하다보면 왜곡된 성문화를 가지게 되어 그 영향은 성인이 된 후에도 미치게 되어 비정상적인 성문화를 즐기게 될 것이다. 인터넷 이용자가 10대를 중심으로 기하급수적으로 늘어나고 있는 시점에서 인터넷 이용에 있어 양질의 정보를 접할 수 있도록 유도해야 할 것이며, 자신의 생활에 유용하게 사용하도록 가르쳐야 할 것이다.
따라서, 본 연구는 청소년 성문제를 양지로 이끌어 내어 정신적으로 성숙하지 못한 청소년이 잘못된 성문화를 가지지 않도록 조언해 주고 넘쳐나는 음란물로부터 보호해 주는 방법을 찾고자 시작하게 되었다.
이에 본 연구는 성문제를 양지로 이끌어 내어 정신적으로 성숙하지 못한 청소년이 잘못된 성문화를 가지지 않도록 조언해 주고 넘쳐나는 음란물로부터 보호해 주는 방법을 찾기 위해 남자 중 ․ 고등학생을 중심으로 음란물 접촉 실태를 설문조사를 통해 분석하여 문제점을 알아보고 개선방안을 마련하여 성 문화 뿐만 아니라 올바르게 인터넷 정보사용을 할 수 있도록 제도적 장치를 마련하는데 목적이 있다.
실증분석을 실시한 결과 무려 97.7%가 인터넷을 통해 음란물을 본 적이 있다고 응답하였고, 처음 접한 시기는 초등학교 45.3%, 중학교 52.7%로 응답하였다. 또한 음란물을 보게 된 동기로는 친구가 54.3%, 사이트 링크나 인터넷 검색 29.3%로 응답하였다.
인터넷 음란물은 위 결과에도 나타났듯이 청소년에 있어 일상적인 현상으로도 볼 수 있다. 이는 청소년 성문화 형성에 있어 자칫 악영향을 미칠 가능성이 높아짐을 의미한다. 현재 청소년으로부터 음란물 노출을 막기 위해 차단 프로그램이나 지속적인 감시를 통한 음란물 유포에 대한 처벌을 해오고 있으나 인터넷의 특성 상 완전히 차단하는 것은 불가능하다. 그러므로 음란물로부터 청소년을 보호하기 위해선 위 방법 외에도 근본적으로 청소년의 성 의식을 올바른 방향으로 이끌기 위한 선행교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Development of the Internet gave advantage that can get easily a lot of informations but shortcoming that can get information that is done wrongly so much is appearing together. Among shortcoming about Internet development, that become the biggest problem one middle is that can contact easily obscene material.
Specially, it can not deny that act to poisonous environment that contact of this obscene material destroys wholesome emotion and right sense of values, and provide cause of omission of teenager to immature teenager spiritually. Also, the effect may enjoy absurd sexual culture being reached after become a man having contorted sexual culture as often contact obscene material at teenagers time been transition period of child and adult.
Hereupon, this research is tendencious to ready systematic device so that can use Internet information rightly as well as sexual culture searching problem because analyzes teenagers obscene material contact actual conditions through questionnaire and ready improvement plan.
Responded that 97.7% has ever seen obscene material through the Internet as many as result that execute actual proof analysis, and obscene material first this time by primary school 45.3%, middle school 52.7% respond. Also, friend responded by 54.3%, site link or Internet search 29.3% for motive which see obscene material.
Can see as usual phenomenon in teenagers as Internet nasty appeared in result. This means that possibility rises to exert negative impact at the slightest slip in teenagers sexual culture formation. Is doing punishment about interception program or obscene material dissemination through persistent watch to prevent obscene material exposure from present teenagers but it is impossible to intercept perfectly special quality prize of the Internet. Therefore, to protect teenagers from obscene material, virtue education to conduct teenagers' sex living to right direction fundamentally except upside method may have to attain.
