대학생의 진로정서조절과 진로미래 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effects of Career Resilience on the relationship between Career Emotion Regulation and Career Futures Inventory-Revised(CFI-R) of University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생들의 진로정서조절이 진로미래에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 진로 정서조절과 진로미래의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 충남 등 4년제 대학교 530명을 대상으로 2018년 6월 1일부터 6월 22일까지 3주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였고, 494부를 분석에 활용하였다.
연구방법은 빈도분석, t-검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 상관분석, 다중선형회귀분석 등을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 성별에 따라 진로정서조절의 자기 명료화와 진로주의집중 및 실천, 진로탄력성에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 경제적 수준에 따라 진로정서조절의 직업 환경 불확실성 감소, 자기명료화, 긍정심리증진, 진로 미래의 부정적 진로전망, 일과 삶 균형에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로정서조절, 진로탄력성, 진로미래의 상관관계는 정적 상관이 나타났다. 하위변인 간에도 전반적으로 정적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 나머지 요인들과 회피와 부정적 진로전망 변인과는 부적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 대학생의 진로정서조절은 진로미래에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 대학생의 진로정서조절과 진로미래의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과 검증 결과 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 진로정서 조절이 진로미래를 높이는 예측변인임을 확인하였고, 대학생들의 긍정적 진로미래를 위한 정서조절능력과 탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있는 진로교육과 상담의 필요성을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of career emotion regulation on CFI-R and the mediating effects of career resilience on the relationship between career emotion regulation and CFI-R of University Students. For these purposes, the study conducted a survey with 530 students at University located in Seoul, Kyonggi and Chungnam, from June 18 to June 22, 2018 and finally 494 data were used for analysis.
This study conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis, etc. The results of the study are as follows. First, the self-clarity, the concentration and practice of career emotional regulation, career resilience according to their gender showed significant differences. According to economic standard, the decrease in the uncertainty of job environment, self-clarity, improving positive psychology of career emotion regulation and the negative career outlook, the work and life balances of CFI-R showed significant differences. Second, from the results of analyzing correlation between career emotion regulation, career resilience and CFI-R, it was found that there was a statistically positive correlation in all variables. There was a general static correlation between the sub-variables, but the negative correlation with the remaining factors and the avoidance and negative career outlook variables was negative. Third, the career emotion regulation of university students had a significant impact on the CFI-R. Fourth, the career resilience proved to have a partial mediating effect in relation to career emotion regulation and CFI-R of university students. We confirmed that the career emotion regulation of university students is a predictor to increase the CFI-R, and suggested the necessity of career education and counseling to improve the emotion regulation ability and resilience for the positive CFI-R of university students.
