대학 e-러닝의 편의성 요인이 학습효과에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of the Convenient Aspect of e-Learning on Its Effectiveness

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study, with a focus on the convenience of e-learning perceived by students, was conducted to determine the impact of physical and psychological aspects on the effectiveness of learning and the gender differences in the perception of convenience. For an empirical analysis, a survey was carried out with 601subjects who were taking e-learning courses in a university, of which the responses from 536 students were used in the analysis. The results of the analysis showed that convenience with respect to the physical factors such as the convenience of use, learning and time had a positive impact on the effectiveness of learning. On the other hand, convenience with respect to the psychological factors such as the convenience of evasion also had a positive impact, whereas the convenience of depending on others had a negative impact. Based on these results, a direction was proposed to overcome the limitations of e-learning courses at general universities and employ the e-learning courses as a means to heighten students’ motivation and sense of responsibility with respect to learning. In addition, it was a case that enabled empirical verification of the initial goals of pursuing university e-learning, that is, the intent to provide learning through the most efficient format to the students (learners) with diverse range of demands (positive and negative) on conveniences, through this Study.
