大學圖書館 電算擔當者의 스트레스 要因에 관한 硏究 : 國·公立大學校와 私立大學校를 比較하여

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study, I was going to find out the cause effects on the individual background, the stress according to the environment of computerization in the library, the correlation between above two causes, and the difference of the stress among the system librarians in the national, public and private universities.
Therefore I sent the questions to 134 system librarians in 117 universities by e-mail, and I could get to the conclusion below through analyzing the replies into "Pearson positive correlation"
First, in the result of the analysis on the correlation about the causes of the system librarians' private backgrounds, there was certain mutual relation only for the pattern of universities and age, sex and age or school career, and age and school career.
Second, from the comparison and the analysis individual's difference into T-test the system librarians of the national and public universities are older than that of private ones, and the former also has higher academic career than the latter.
Third, a lot of causes have some relations reciprocally with the stress from the personal background of system librarians in the type of universities. Only salary, right of decision, promotional period, guarantee of position, and difficulty and quantity of work don't have correlation.
Fourth, the cause shows the difference in the pattern of universities among the stress causes according to the private background of system librarians is just the term of promotion and the supervisor's trust. There isn't, however, any difference in the type of universities, 70% of the whole respondents answered they have heavy stress in the conclusion of simple frequency on the quantity of work and computistical achievement. Especially for the responsibility of trial and error in accomplishment, 83% of respondents said it was stressful. It means it shows the stress on the trial and error is extremely heavy.
Fifth, in the conclusion of analysis the interrelation in the causes of computerized environment of the national, public, and private university libraries, there are lots of relations (significance level : 0.01) with the existence and non-existence of whole department for computerization and achievement of that work. And the rest causes don't have any relation each other.
Sixth, in the result of the examination that how much the computerized environment of library of each university is different, the existence or nonexistence of whole responsibility part of computerization in the library and the number of system librarians and digitalized method of original text which the system librarians think resonable, the computerized environment of National and public universities is better than that of private universities.
Seventh, among those stress causes I've talked above, only followings, the shortage of workers and budget support, user's reaction on the speed of net-work, budget support & cooperation and user's reaction upon the speed of net-work, digitalization of original text, and co-work with other departments and user's reaction against the speed of net-work, have correlation.
Eighth, there isn't difference statistically (significance level 0.05) in the stress causes according to the computerized environment in the pattern of universities.
