기업 진출을 희망하는 여대생을 위한 진로장벽대처 역량강화 집단상담프로그램 개발과 효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the effect a career barrier coping group counseling program for female college students who want to work for corporation. For the purpose, we developed a total of 12 sessions of career barrier coping group counseling program which consisted of six stages of systematic development process such as investigation, analysis, design, construction, implementation and evaluation based on the program development model of Park In Woo(1995) was adopted. Participants included volunteering 16 female college students
who lived in J-Do and Metropolitan area. 8 female college students were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group, respectively, and the career barrier coping group counseling program was applied to the experimental group. The collected data was analyzed by frequency analysis, analysis of covariance(ANCOVA).
The results of this study showed that career barrier coping group counseling program had positive effects on reducing the career barrier(discrimination, constraints in the labor market and stereotypes about women s employment), improving career aspiration, and reducing work-to-family conflict of female college students who want to work for a company. The findings of this study suggested that female college student need more specific career group counseling to assist their career development. Finally, Implications of this study results, career group counseling program issue and suggestions for future studies are discussed.
