국내 중소기업 발전을 위한 경영 · 기술지도사 제도 선진화 방안 연구 = A Study on the Improvement of the Certified Management/Technology Consultant System for the Development of SMEs in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The problems of recent certified management/technology consultant system is the lack of governmental support, consultants` competence, exclusive business scope, and leadership of the association. So this research is to study on the improvement of the certified management/ technology consultant system for the development of SMEs in Korea. An author introduces the consultant system of SMEs in Japan because the consultant system of SMEs in Japan is similar with the system in Korea. Through the comparative study between Korea and Japan, an author suggests that the certified management/technology consultant system should be reformed to 4 ways. First, the special law related to the certified management/technology consultant should be newly legislated for the vocational ethics. There are not just yet special law related to the certified management/technology consultant. Second, the screening examination should be changed for practical cases of SMEs, and the period of apprenticeship scheme should be strengthened for 2 years. Third, the exclusive business scope of consulting for SMEs should be given to the certified management/technology consultant with limited scope. Fourth, the function of policy, business, and research should be given to the association of certified management/technology consultant. Although this research has some limitations, an author can provide the ways of improving the certified management/technology consultant system in the end.
