여자은퇴선수들의 취업관련 실태 및 취업 지원 방안

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the retired female athletes` actual conditions of employment and provide plans for their employment support. Participants were all retired female athletes registered on the Athletes` Registration System of Korean Sports Olympic Committee and were grouped by the national athletes, the substitute athletes of national team, and the normal athletes. The main conclusions of this study were as follows. First, all the athletes preferred the sport related types of occupation. However, the jobs opportunity was very limited. So, the customized jobs and the sports for all related jobs should be offered. Second, the job finding conditions of the normal athletes were very poor. Therefore, the support plan of rationing them to the volunteer subjects was needed. Third, the retired female athletes` computer or language related certificates was very poor. So, the educational expenses for computer licenses and language skills should be expanded. Fourth, the support plan to create jobs in the field of sport related occupations was needed. Fifth, the expansion of internship in sport related fields was necessary to build their career. Finally, the employment of retired female athletes to the currently going along comprehensive sport clubs and the sport related social enterprises should be rationed much more than a fixed ratio.
