인권교육 연구 동향 분석 : 국내 석·박사 학위 논문을 중심으로 = An Anaysis of Research Trends of Human Rights Education : Focusing on Master's Thesis and Doctor's Thesis in South Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research analyzed research trends of Master's thesis and Doctor's thesis of human right education from 1999 February to 2008 February for 10 years. It had a fundamental work for development that identify weaknesses in the of the research activities or human rights education. The research method is document research and content analysis.
First, standards or analysis about general research trends are total 5 kinds or year category, region category, major of graduate school category, research object category, research method category. Second standards or analysis about elements of human right educations research trends are total 8 kinds of curriculum of human right education category, object of human rights education category, contents of human rights education category, professor-learning of human rights education category, professor-learning resources oh human education category, assessment of human rights education category, teacher training of human rights education category, environment of human right category.
This research analysis shows the contents of human right education and of human rights education in social studies education and ethics education with document method lead human rights education and the rest was minor.
The human rights education was not independent subject but mixture subject. Therefore subjects, contents, professor-learning method, assessment of human rights education through curriculum was organized and presented about plan of human rights education. And then human rights education will be and developed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 1999년 2월부터 2008년 2월까지 10년 동안 발표된 인권교육 관련 석·박사학위 논문 86편을 분석하여 전체적인 연구 동향을 알아보고, 미흡한 연구 분야를 파악하여 균형 있는 권교육의 연구 활동의 전개를 위한 기초적인 작업이 되도록 하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법은 문헌 연구와 내용분석이며 분석의 준거는 일반적 연구 동향으로서 연도별, 지역별, 대학원 전공별, 연구대상별, 연구 방법별의 다섯 가지와 인권교육 요소별 연구 동향으로서 인권 교육과정 일반론, 인권 육목표론, 인권 교육내용론, 인권 교수·학습 방법론, 인권 교수·학습 자료론, 인권 교육평가론, 인권 교사교육론, 인권 교육환경론의 여덟 가지이다.
이러한 인권교육 석·박사학위 논문 동향 분석을 통해 인권교육이 문헌 연구의 방법으로 사회과와 도덕과에서 인권 내용과 인권 교육과정의 내용으로 많은 연구가 이루어 졌으며, 이를 제외한 나머지 인권교육 요소, 목표, 교수·학습 방법, 교수·학습 자료, 평가에 있어서는 인권교육 연구가 아직 미흡함을 알 수 있다. 인권교육은 독립적인 교과가 아니라 개별 교과들 속에 혼재되어 시행되는 교육이므로 인권교육의 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가의 전 과정에 대해 체계화된 연구가 이루어져야 하며 이에 기초한 실질적인 인권교육 방안이 제시될 때 보다 나은 인권교육이 시행될 수 있다.
