현장실습참여유무와 유형이 대학생의 진로개발준비도와 자아정체감에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Participation and Type of Field Practice Program on Career Development Readiness and Ego-Identity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of field practice programs for university students' career development readiness and ego-identity. There were two kinds of programs; one was semestrial, the other was seasonal. The subjects were 90 university students who were passed professor's inspection and received credit. 30 students participated in the semestrial program for 24 weeks and 30 students participated in the seasonal program for 7 weeks. 30 students participated in the control group. In order to verify the effects of two programs, Career Development Readiness Scale and Ego-identity Scale was administered to the subjects before and after the field practice program. To verify the effects of each program, paired t-test was conducted and to compare the effectiveness of two program, MANOVA was conducted. The program used for data analysis was SPSS 14.0 for Windows. The results were as follows. First, field practice program increased the level of the career development readiness of university students. Second, the semestrial program increased the level of the ego-identity of university students, in the seasonal program there isn't significant difference in the level of the ego-identity of university students Third, there were significant differences in effectiveness of two programs. program increased the levels of the career development readiness and ego-identity more effectively than seasonal program. This result show us field practice program have a positive effect on not only employment and job adaptation but also career development readiness and ego-identity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 직장생활을 체험해볼 수 있는 현장실습프로그램이 대학생의 진로개발준비도와 자아정체감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램의 종류는 24주간의 실습으로 이루어진 학기제와 7주간의 실습으로 이루어진 계절제이다. 연구대상은 대구에 소재하는 K대학의 현장실습프로그램에 참가한 학생들이다. 자료분석은 실습내용이 지도교수의 전공연관성 심사를 통과한 실습사례 중에서 무선적으로 선정된 사례를 대상으로 하였다. 학기제30명, 계절제30명, 통제집단 30명의 자료가 선정되었으며, 총 90명의 참가전후 진로개발준비도와 자아정체감의 변화를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS14.0의 대응t 검증과 다변량 분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 사실이 밝혀졌다. 첫째 현장실습프로그램에 참가한 학생들은 참가하기전보다 진로개발준비도 수준이 향상되었다. 둘째 현장실습프로그램에 참가한 학생들의 자아정체감의 수준은 학기제에서는 향상되었으나, 계절제에서는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 셋째 두 실습 집단 간의 차이를 다변량 분석한 결과 학기제가 계절제보다 진로개발준비도와 자아정체감에서 유의미하게 높았다. 이결과는 현장실습이 취업과 직장적응뿐 아니라 진로개발준비도와 자아정체감 발달에도 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 보여준다.
