황혼이혼 여성노인에 대한 사례연구 = A Case Study on the Elderly Woman Who Has Divorced

This study was a case study on the elderly woman who has divorced, and conducted in-depth interviews with th participant through purposeful sampling. This study progressed with a single case owing to the difficulty in recruiting cases, and focused on exploring and describing the experiences of a divorced elderly woman through the statements of a research participant. The analysis method focused on understanding a case itself, and approached with an intrinsic case study among case study types which [1] had classified. According to the analysis results, the divorced elderly woman got the divorce of the elderly due to spousal loans, debt guarantee, domestic violence, and extramarital affairs, and felt free and easy, afraid of public attention, too old to fly despite flapping the wings in the life after a divorce. Based on these analysis results, this study suggested the service offer and program development specialized in the elderly women who have divorced.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 증가하는 황혼이혼의 사회구조에서 황혼이혼을 한 여성노인의 이혼경험을 다룬 질적 연구로서 의도적 표집(purposeful sampling)을 통해 참여자와 심층면접을 실시하였다. 사례모집의 어려움으로 단일사례로 진행하였고 연구 참여자의 진술을 통하여 황혼이혼을 경험한 여성노인의 경험을 탐색하여 기술하는데 초점을 두었다. 분석방법으로는 사례 자체를 이해하는데 초점을 두고 Stake(1995)가 구분한 사례연구 유형 중 본질적 사례연구 방법으로 접근하였다. 분석결과에서 배우자의 대출, 빚보증, 가정폭력, 외도 등으로 황혼이혼을 하게 되었고, 이혼 후의 삶에서 홀가분한 느낌, 남의 이목이 두렵고, 날개 짓을 해도 날지 못하는 나이, 서서히 외로움을 느끼는 것으로 도출되었다. 분석결과를 토대로 황혼이혼 여성노인들을 위한 특화된 서비스 제공 및 프로그램 개발을 제언하였다.
