교회 청소년을 위한 상담활동 및 활성화 방안 연구 = (A) study on ways of promoting counseling church's adolescents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교회 청소년을 위한 상담활동의 현황과 문제점의 분석을 기초로 하여 교회 청소년을 위한 상담활동의 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적을 둔다.
따라서 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 청소년기의 발달특성과 문제 유형을 살펴보았으며, 아울러 교회 청소년의 문제와 상담과 교회 청소년을 위한 상담활동의 현황과 문제점을 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 그리고 교회 청소년을 위한 상담활동의 실태 및 활성화 방안에 대하여 분석을 실시하였는데, 이는 설문조사를 통해 실시되었다. 설문조사는 부산시내 교회 교역자 및 교사를 대상으로 실시되었으며 설문에 응한 교역자 및 교사들은 총 503명으로, 설문지 회수율은 90.4%였다.
수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC+ 프로그램으로 통계처리 하였으며, 배경변인에 따른 유의미한 차를 검증하기 위해 χ^(2)(chi-square)검증과 다중응답분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결론을 도출하면 다음과 같다.
현재 우리나라 교회 청소년 상담활동은 이루어지고는 있으나 아직 미흡하며, 개선되어야 할 부분이 많음을 알 수 있다. 교회에서 청소년 상담이 잘 되어가지 못한 이유는 첫째, 청소년에 대한 상담활동의 관심도가 낮음, 둘째, 전문적인 상담지식과 기법이 부족하다고 생각, 셋째, 각자의 과도한 업무 때문에 상담활동이 어려움, 넷째, 상담활동에 대한 행정·재정 지원부족, 다섯째, 담당자의 영성부족 등이다.
교회 교역자 및 교사들이 청소년을 위한 상담에 대한 이해도를 보면, 청소년들을 위한 성경적(기독교적)상담의 중요성과 그에 따른 상담활동은 매우 필요하다. 교역자와 교사들이 바라는 청소년들을 위한 상담의 중요성과 필요성의 이유는, 첫째, 구원의 확신과 신앙성장을 위해, 둘째, 학생의식과 행동의 변화로 문제해결을 위해, 셋째, 사랑의 회복, 넷째, 또 다른 문제의 예방차원 등에서 해결되기 때문이다.
교회 청소년 상담활동의 활성화방안으로서 첫째, 무엇보다 청소년들을 위한 적극적인 사랑과 관심을 가져야한다. 둘째, 청소년 상담에 대한 관련학문의 이론과 현장경험을 바탕으로 한 전문가로 구성된 강사진들이 교육 및 세미나를 담당해 교육의 기회를 마련해서 구체적으로 배워나가야 한다. 셋째, 교회 청소년들에게 상담이 가능하다는 홍보를 자주해 주어야 한다. 넷째, 청소년을 위해 상담 시설, 상담도구, 자료, 상담활동에 드는 예산을 확충해서 청소년을 위한 상담의 활성화를 시켜야 한다. 다섯째, 상담이 끝난후 추후 관리도 잊지 말아야 한다.
효율적인 이에 따른 구체적 실례로서 세 가지 방법을 제안하였다.
첫째, 익명성을 보장하면서 접근 용이한 컴퓨터를 이용한 상담은 학생들이 쉽게 상담을 요청할 수 있는 통로의 역할을 함과 동시에 문제 해결의 열쇠를 쉽게 접할 수 있다. 둘째, 교회에서 훌륭한 인적 자원인 학생들을 상담자로 훈련시키는 또래 상담의 도입이다. 셋째, 기독교 공동체의 만남과 관련된 실천적 프로그램 개발과 연구의 활성화이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find ways of promoting counseling church's adolescent through analyzing the current status and problems of such counseling at local churches. For the purpose, this researcher examined developmental characteristics and problems of adolescents and theoretically investigated the current status and problems of the church counseling of young people. Empirically, the researcher analyzed such current status and problems through a questionnaire survey. The survey was made on total 503 religious workers and teachers who were serving at churches located in Busan. Out of the total questionnaire copies distributed, 90.4% were collected.
Data were statistically processed using SPSS/PC+ Program, and their differences depending on variables were verified through x^(2)(chi-square) test and the multiple response analysis.
Based on results of the study, the researcher would make the following conclusions.
First, activities of church counseling for adolescents in this nation are not still specialized. In relation to such activities, many things including counseling method and skills and institutional and environmental conditions should be improved.
Second, the surveyed religious workers and teachers recognize the necessity of counseling church's adolescent and the importance of biblical(Christian) counseling. They responded that the counseling have goals such as confidence in salvation and belief growth, problem-solving through changes in consciousness and behavior, the revival of love and prevention of any other problems.
Third, love and attention are the key to the promotion of counseling adolescents in church. And counseling need to be substantially instructed through education and seminars which are provided by lecturers who have expert in related theories and have much experience in counseling young people. Meanwhile, it should be frequently informed that it is possible for young people to receive counseling by church. Counseling adolescents should be promoted through expanding facilities, resources, materials and budgets for counseling.
