보복범죄의 실태와 대책 = Realities and countermeasure for retaliatorycrime

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Retaliatory crimes are rising up social issues recently. Problems due to retaliatory crimes are manipulating seriously as like materials handed in congress from criminal judicial organs like prosecutors and making public of press. Retaliatory crimes are hard to recovery once took place like other crimes. There have been doing criminal judicial endeavor for protection for witnesses, prevention for retaliatory crimes and laws related these are enforcing in R.O.Korea as like other countries. Nevertherless, our country`s retaliatory is increasing retaliatory damages every year and those increasing range is large also, comparably U.K. U.S.A etc enforcing witness support and protection program from 1970`s. confrontation for the retaliatory under present criminal judicial system is incomplete reality. Retaliatory is threatening crime of basis of criminal judicial system. However, retaliatory is the object of fear for people as well as crime victims and pervasive effect of retaliatory is large also. Therefore, present using related programs of criminal judicial system repeatedly and deficient parts of criminal judicial system must be corrected and supplemented. This study is going to grope countermeasure for retaliatory with looking around realities for retaliatory, partial cases and related regulations.
