초등학생의 가정내 학대 실태에 관한 연구 -경기도 지역을 중심으로- = The Survey of Child Abuse at Home in Elementary School Students -Focusing on the Gyeonggi Province-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey of child abuse in elementary school children. The results of this survey can be used as basic data in the creation of policy intended to prevent child abuse. For the study, 3,053 children from the 4th to the 6th grade were selected in a local province located in Gyeonggi-do. In analyzing the data, the SAS program was used to compute frequency, percentile, t-test, ANOVA and, DUNCAN. The results of this study can be summed up into two points. The First is that the results indicated that, in terms of physical abuse, the prevalence rate of experiencing abused by material like bats and belts was the highest; in terms of emotional abuse, being compared to friends or other children was the highest; in terms of neglect, failure to keep house was the highest; in terms of sexual abuse, forced kissing from parents was the highest. The study also confirmed that there were significant differences in child abuse based on various characteristics of the child and family (sex, grade, type of family, academic grade, etc.).
