중학생의 성학대인식과 대처능력에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined Adolescent’s perception of sexual abuses and their ability to handle problems, which seemed to be relatively de-emphasized in the social welfare research areas, on the basis of social constructivism. this study was made on the basis of the social constructivism to understand their individuality and living environment and to thereby examine how Adolescent’s might construct knowledges on sexual abuses and how they might cope with sexual abuses. In particular, focused on the main theory of this study, the order ruled by social power and discourses, this study looked closely into how Adolescent’s from the socially vulnerable poor group might acquire their knowledge and ability to deal with child sexual abuses. As a result, it was found that social vulnerable groups such as women, students from families having single parent or having lower income students had lower perception of sexual abuses and ability to handle sexually sensitive problems. There was no significant relationship between demographic attributes and Adolescent’s knowledge about sex. this study is believed meaningful as the underlying causes of Adolescent sexual abuses were investigated in the center of victims by examining the Adolescent’s perception of sexual abuses and their ability to cope with the problems in terms of social structural aspects. Accordingly, it may provide realistic implications for setting up prevention activities against Adolescent sexual abuses and for taking active protection measures for victims of sex crimes. In particular, the results of this study are believed to help to set up sexual abuse prevention programs focused on those poor Adolescent’s, belonging to weak groups in society, particularly vulnerable to sexual abuses.
