Specifically, there were significant differences in educational belief and educational practice by such sub-factors of teachers' general background as teaching career, education, and employment type and such sub-factors of full-day class operation type as institution type, teachers' working type, teacher composition, full-day class organization and operation type, weekday instruction hours, the number of children, children's age composition, classroom usage type, and educational contents.
Second, there were significant differences in conflicts between educational belief and educational practice of full-day class teachers at public kindergarten by their general background and full-day class operation type. Specifically, there were significant differences in educational belief and educational practice by such sub-factors of teachers' general background as teaching career, education, and employment type and such sub-factors of full-day class operation type as teachers' working type, teacher composition, full-day class organization and operation type, weekday instruction hours, the number of children, children's age composition, classroom usage type, and educational contents.
