군 간부 숙소의 주거만족도에 미치는 핵심요인 연구 = Study on Key Factors Affecting Housing Satisfaction for Military employee House

The purpose of this study is to analyze the housing data of the Ministry of Defense’s military accommodations and survey the spatial compositional characteristics and the characteristic factors of each planning element to derive the core factors that influence the satisfaction of the military accommodation housing welfare and reflect it in the Ministry of Defense's housing policy. For the survey, based on statistical data from the Ministry of National Defense’s working department for 3 months (3 months), each unit with representativeness in the front and rear regions was selected, and a questionnaire was conducted for officers, corps and family members.
The following is the result of empirical analysis. By factor, the factors that the front region is relatively satisfied with were the factors of movement, environment, design, and satisfaction. The factor that the rear area is relatively satisfied with is the manageability factor, and the factor that the front and rear areas are equally satisfied is the interior factor. Also, by gender, environmental factors are natural ventilation and satisfaction factors. By age, the window system of the interior factor and the housing recommendation by the satisfaction factor, and by the status, the continuation of residence and the mobility factor of the satisfaction factor, each room layout and utilization, storage space and the natural ventilation of the environmental factor, and the kitchen movement and the bathroom by the design factor It was analyzed that some of the management costs for the management and manageability factors were effective. These research results are provided to review and reflect the necessary matters in the military lodging design policy (3-10-20) based on the defense and military facilities of the Ministry of Defense's Facility Headquarters.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국방부의 군 숙소의 주거실태 자료를 분석하여 공간 구성적 특성과 계획요소별 특성요인을 설문하여 군 숙소 주거복지 만족도에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인이 무엇이지를 도출하여 국방부의 주거정책에 반영하기 위한 것이다. 설문조사는 2020.3~2020.5(3개월)간 국방부 통계자료를 기준으로 전방･후방지역의 대표성이 있는 각 1개 부대를 선정하여 장교･부사관･가족 대상으로 설문을 하였다. 단 통계적 유의성을 고려하여 통계분석이 가능하도록 직급별 적정수의 표본을 선정한다.
다음은 실증분석 결과이다. 요인별로는 전방지역이 상대적으로 만족하는 요인은 동선성･환경성･설계성･만족성 요인이었으며. 후방지역이 상대적으로 만족하는 요인은 관리성 요인이며, 전방･후방지역이 동일하게 만족하는 요인은 실내성 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한 성별로는 환경성 요인은 자연통풍과 만족성 요인의 계속거주. 나이별로는 실내성 요인의 창호시스템과 만족성 요인 주거추천, 신분별로는 만족성 요인의 계속거주와 동선성 요인의 각실 배치･활용도･수납공간과 환경성 요인의 자연통풍과 설계성 요인의 부엌동선･욕실과 관리성 요인의 관리비는 일부가 유효한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 국방부 시설본부 국방･군사시설 기준의 군 숙소 설계방침(3-10-20)에 필요한 사항은 검토하여 반영하도록 제공한다.
