대학생의 직업정체성 단계에 따른 정서지능과 진로미래 관계 연구 = D대학교 신입생을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 직업정체성 단계에 따른 정서지능과 진로미래의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 D대학 신입생 548명을 대상으로 직업정체성 단계, 정서지능과 진로미래 등의 측정도구를 통해 설문조사하여 빈도분석, t-검증, 일원분산분석, 상관관계분석, 다중선형회귀분석 등을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 성별에 따라 정서지능의 정서조절, 진로미래의 직업의식에서 남학생이 여학생보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 전공계열에 따라 진로미래의 진로주체성과 지지에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 직업정체성 단계에 따른 정서지능과 진로미래의 차이는 진로탐색과 진로몰입이 진로재고려에 비해 정서지능과 진로미래에 유의미하게 평균값이 높았다. 셋째, 정서지능과 진로미래의 상관관계는 정서지능의 모든 하위요인과 진로미래에서 부정적 진로전망을 제외한 모든 하위요인과 정적 상관이 드러났으며, 부정적 진로전망과는 부적 상관을 보였다. 넷째, 정서지능이 진로미래에 미치는 영향은 정서지능의 모든 하위요인이 진로미래의 일-가정 균형과 지지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 정서활용은 진로미래의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 정서지능의 정서활용과 정서조절이 진로미래의 진로주체성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 대학생의 직업정체성 발달을 위해 정서지능과 진로미래의 중요성이 발견되었으며, 정서지능이 진로미래를 예측하는 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 정서지능 향상 프로그램을 통해 대학생의 진로에 대한 긍정적인 미래상을 갖게 하는 것이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and career futures Inventory-Revised in terms of undergraduate students’ vocational identity status. For this purpose, 548 students attending D university were surveyed and data were analyzed. The results were as follows. First, with regard to difference in emotional intelligence and career futures inventory-revised, in terms of gender, significant differences were observed between male and female students in regulation of emotion and occupational awareness; concerning difference in emotional intelligence and career futures inventory-revised, in terms of major, significant differences were observed in career agency and support. Second, in terms of vocational identity status, significant differences were observed in emotional intelligence and career future inventory-revised between career exploration, commitment and career reconsideration. Third, in the results of the correlation analysis, emotion intelligence was positive correlation with career futures inventory-revised except negative career outlook; emotion intelligence was negative correlation with negative career outlook. Fourth, with regard to the effect of emotional intelligence on career futures inventory-revised, emotion intelligence had a significant effect on support and work-life balance and use of emotion had a significant effect on career futures inventory-revised; regulation of emotion and use of emotion had a significant effect on career agency.
