아동 청소년기 우울증의 예방 개입에 대한 고찰

국문 초록 (Abstract)

아동 청소년기 우울증은 만성적이고 재발적인 경과뿐 아니라 자살과 같은 부정적 영향력과 관련하여 중요한 사회적 문제로 간주되고 있다. 전 세계의 여러 연구자들은 아동 청소년기 우울증의 심각성을 인식하고, 예방 프로그램의 개발과 그 효과 검증에 관심을 집중하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 아동 청소년기 우울증에 대해 알려진 위험요인과 보호요인 및 우울증 예방의 분류 체계를 소개하고, 다양한 우울증 예방 프로그램의 효과와 문제점을 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 아직까지 국내에서 본격적으로 논의된 바가 없는 국내 아동 청소년 우울증 예방 연구와 예방 프로그램의 개발을 촉진하고자 하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Depression in youth is of high individual and social importance because of their devastating course, risk for future suicide attempt. International researcher have recognized the seriousness of depressive disorder in youth and thus have been involved in the development and evaluation of prevention program. This article presented risk and protective factors in depression in children and adolescents. the main focus was an overview of current prevention programs and their efficacy. Finally this article highlighted future directions for prevention research in Korea.
