대학생의 정서인식명확성과 관계중독의 관계에서 외로움과 자기자비의 순차매개효과 = The Sequential Mediation Effects of Loneliness and Self-Compassion on the Relationship between Emotional Clarity and Relationship Addiction of College Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 정서인식명확성과 관계중독의 관계에서 외로움과 자기자비의 역할을 알아보는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 330명의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 26.0 프로그램과 SPSS PROCESS macro 3.5를 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서인식명확성, 외로움, 자기자비, 관계중독 간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 정서인식명확성과 외로움, 관계중독은 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 자기자비는 정서인식명확성과 유의미한 정적 상관이 있었고, 외로움과 관계중독과는 유의미한 부적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 정서인식명확성과 관계중독의 관계에서 외로움의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서인식명확성이 외로움과 자기자비를 경유하여 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 순차매개가 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 의의와 제한점과 더불어 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study was to examine the relationship between emotional clarity and relationship addiction and identify the double mediating effects of loneliness and self compassion. For this purpose, 330 data were collected through an online survey of college students and analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program and the SPSS PROCESS macro 3.5. The results were follows. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between emotional clarity, loneliness, self-compassion, and relationship addiction, there was a significant positive correlation between emotional recognition clarity, loneliness, and relationship addiction, and self-compassion had a significant positive correlation with emotional clarity, and a significant negative correlation with loneliness and relationship addiction. Second, it was found that there was a mediating effect of loneliness in the relationship between emotional clarity and relationship addiction. Third, the Sequential mediation of emotional clarity affecting relationship addiction through loneliness and self-compassion were significant. Based on the results of this study, I discussed the implications and limitations of study and suggestions for future study.
