정신장애인 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 = A Study on Factors of Service Satisfaction of Mental Illness Persons

The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction level of the mental illness people attending mental rehabilitation center and to gather material needed for finding out factors which have an effect on the satisfaction level of rehabilitation service and then to offer service focused on the user.
To attain these purposes, a survey was conducted on 226 people who are currently using psycho-social rehabilitation facilities in Daegu regarding satisfaction with it's rehabilitation service; the difference of satisfaction according to the kind of psycho-social rehabilitation facilities; factors having an effect on the satisfaction of rehabilitation service.

The analysis on the survey result is as follows ;
First, it has been found that in the level of satisfaction with rehabilitation service, overall the service was a little satisfactory. And average of satisfaction was 3.87.
Second, it has been shown that in the subcategory of satisfaction, average of satisfaction with rehabilitation programs was 3.75, average of satisfaction for facility environment was 3.96, average of satisfaction for the staff was 3.89 and average of satisfaction for overall was 3.98.
Third, in the characteristic of the research center's facilities it has been noted that there was some difference of satisfaction of rehabilitation service according to the research center special facilities.
There was some significant difference in the level of the satisfaction for the staff and on the whole. And the weekly rehabilitation facilities gave the users the highest satisfaction and occupation rehabilitation facilities was followed by. And nursing facilities was lowest.
Fourth, it has been shown that in terms of a peculiar property of the research center's facilities, the using fee per month for the center was a key factor which had significant effect on the rehabilitation service satisfaction.
The using fee was the factor which had an effect on the satisfaction of staff at the center and in all its aspect, too.
Fifth, in the characteristic of the research persons, general characters had no factors significant influenced upon the satisfaction of rehabilitation service.
In the special character of research persons related the mental illness, the number of hospitalization has been significant factor which influenced on both the whole satisfaction and general satisfaction of rehabilitation service. And in the characteristic of research persons related to the service using, the period of using the facilities has been found the factor under the significant influence upon the satisfaction degree of rehabilitation service. That influenced on the satisfaction on the whole, too.
Sixth, the degree of user's opinion reflexion had a significant influence on the
satisfaction degree of program, facility environment, staff and general satisfaction and on the whole satisfaction. Based on the survey results, this study suggest to some ways of the rehabilitation service which set up the user as the central figure. In order that the satisfaction degree steps forward to affirmative direction continuously, it is necessity for improvement the mental health social rehabilitation facility and for equalization of satisfaction by the kind of facility and keeping on a special study and development about chronic mental illness person's service. Also it will be satisfactory service (for the mental illness person rehabilitation service users) to offer services based on their desire and to keep on trying to strengthen their opinion reflex in the process of providing services.

As the result, In the level of the satisfaction for the mental illness person attending social rehabilitation facility, the problems (=task) are to decide a proper fee on the ground of the legal fee and to develop many sided rehabilitation programs for the chronic mental illness persons, I think.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인 중심의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사회복귀시설을 이용하는 정신장애인을 대상으로 현재 실시되고 있는 정신장애인 재활서비스의 만족도를 분석하고, 재활서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 데 필요한 자료를 얻기 위한 조사․연구이다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대구광역시의 정신장애인 사회복귀시설을 이용하고 있는 정신장애인 226명을 대상으로 현재 이용하고 있는 사회복귀시설 재활서비스에 대한 만족도와 시설의 종류에 따른 만족도의 차이 그리고 재활서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사․분석해 보았다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 정신장애인 재활서비스 만족도는 전체적으로 ‘약간 만족스럽다’는 수준으로 나타났으며, 만족도의 평균은 약 3.87이었다.
둘째, 재활서비스 만족도의 하위 범주에서 살펴보면, 프로그램 만족도의 평균이 3.75, 시설 환경에 대한 만족도의 평균이 3.96, 직원에 대한 만족도의 평균이 3.89, 전반적 만족도에 대한 평균이 3.98이었다.
셋째, 연구대상 시설의 특성으로 시설의 종류에 따른 재활서비스 만족도의 차이를 알아보았다. 이에 직원에 대한 만족도와 전반적인 만족도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 주간재활시설이 만족도가 가장 높았으며, 직업재활시설, 입소시설의 순으로 나타났다.
넷째, 연구대상 시설의 특성으로 재활서비스 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 월 이용료로 나타났다. 월 이용료는 직원만족도와 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 연구대상자의 특성 중 일반적 특성은 재활서비스 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상자의 정신장애와 관련된 특성 중 재활서비스 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 입원횟수로 나타났다. 입원횟수는 전반적인 만족도와 전체만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구대상자의 서비스 이용과 관련된 특성 중 재활서비스 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 시설이용기간으로 나타났다. 시설이용기간은 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
여섯째, 이용자의 의사반영정도는 프로그램에 대한 만족도, 시설환경에 대한 만족도, 직원에 대한 만족도, 전반적인 만족도 그리고 전체만족도에 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.
이러한 연구의 결과를 중심으로 이용자 중심의 재활서비스를 제공하기위한 방안을 제시해 보면, 이용자만족도가 지속적으로 긍정적인 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 정신장애인 사회복귀시설의 변화와 시설의 종류 따른 만족도의 평준화, 만성정신장애인 서비스에 대한 지속적인 연구와 개발이 필요할 것이다. 또한 정신장애인 사회복귀시설 법정이용료에 근거한 적절한 이용료를 결정하고 만성정신장애인 재활프로그램 매뉴얼을 개발이 필요하다. 마지막으로 서비스 이용자들의 욕구에 기초한 서비스를 제공하고, 서비스제공과정에서 그들의 의사반영을 강화시키기 위해 지속적으로 노력해야 할 것이다.
