The electrode potential characteristics of a YSZ based membrane metal oxide electrode have been studied in molten LiCL at $700^{\circ}C$ by the potentiometric method. The electrode exhibited a good potential response to log[$O^2$] and data reproducibility. The calibration plot (potential vs. log[$O^2$] was found to be linear, obeying the Nernst equation. The electrode potential showed a good reversibility corresponding to increase/decrease of the oxide ion present in the molten LiCl. The physical and chemical durability appeared to be sound after several repeated uses, resulting in reproducible results. However, "the proposed electrode" failed when metallic Li was present in the melt.

폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리n-프로필메타아크릴레이트, 폴리글리시딜메타아크릴레이트, 폴리히드록시프로필메타아크릴레이트, 폴리이소프로필메타아크릴레이트, 폴리n-부틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리이소부틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리t-부틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리n-아밀메타아크릴레이트, 폴리n-헥실메타아크릴레이트, 폴리시클로헥실메타아크릴레이트, 폴리페닐메타아크릴레이트와 비닐클로라이드와 비닐리덴클로라이드의 공중합체 [P(VC-VCl₂)]와의 블랜드에 대한 상용성을 시차주사열량분석을 이용해서 측정하였다. 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리n-프로필메타아크릴레이트, 폴리이소프로필메타아크릴레이트, 폴리n-부틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리이소부틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리s-부틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리n-아밀메타아크릴레이트, 폴리n-헥실메타아크릴레이트, 폴리시클로헥실메타아크릴레이트, 폴리페닐메타아크릴레이트와 P(VC-VCl₂)와의 블랜드는 상응하는 단일중합체의 T_(g)값들 사이의 중간치의 온도에서 단일 Tg값을 가지기 때문에 이들 블랜드가 상용한다는 것을 알았다. 폴리글리시딜메타아크릴레이트, 폴리히드록시프로필메타아크릴레이트, 폴리t-부틸메타아크릴레이트와 P(VC-VCl₂)와의 블랜드는 상응하는 단일중합체들의 T_(g)값에 가까운 2개의 T_(g)값들을 나타내었으며, 이들 블랜드들은 상용하지 않았다. 폴리페닐메타아크릴레이트와 P(VC-VCl₂)의 블랜드에 관한 결정응점강하 자료치로부터 열역학적 상호작용 파라미터 x_(12)는 -0.41과 같다는 것을 알았다. 폴리메타아크릴레이트들과 P(VC-VCl₂)와의 블랜드에서 폴리메타아크릴레이트의 상용성은 폴리메타아크릴레이트의 치환기의 극성효과보다 입체효과에 더 의존한다.

The new monomer, α-methoxy-exo-3,6-epoxy-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthaloyl-5-fluorouracil (METFU), was synthesized by the reaction of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and exo-3,6-epoxy-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (ETA) in order to prepare polymers containing 5-FU moiety.Poly(α-methoxy-exo-3,6-epoxy-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthaloyl-5-fluorouracil) [poly(METFU)], poly(α-methoxy-exo-3,6-epoxy-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthaloyl-5-fluorouraci-co-acrylic acid) [poly(METFU-co-AA)], and poly(α-methoxy-exo-3,6-epoxy-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthaloyl-5-fluorouracil-co-vinyl acetate) [poly(METFU-co-VAc)] were synthesized by photopolymerizations using 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone (DMP) as an initiator. The synthesized METFU and the polymers were identified by FTIR and ^1H-NMR spectroscopies. The contents of METFU in poly(METFU-co-AA) and poly(METFU-co-VAc) determined by elemental analysis were 52 and 60 ㏖ %, respectively. The average molecular weights and polydispersity indices determined with GPC were as follows: Mn = 9,400, Mw = 11,400 Mw/Mn = 1.21 for poly(METFU), Mn = 14,400, Mw = 26,800, Mw/Mn = 1.86 for poly(METFU-co-AA), and Mn = 23,100, Mw = 33,000, Mw/Mn = 1.43 for poly(METFU-co-VAc). The in vitro cytotoxicities of samples were evaluated with mouse mammary carcinoma (FM3A), mouse leukemia (P388), and human histiocytic lymphoma (U937) as cancer cell lines, and mouse liver cells (AC2F) as a normal cell line. The in vivo antitumor activities of synthesized polymers against mice bearing the sarcoma 180 tumor cell line were greater than those of 5-FU at concentrations of 0.8 and 80 ㎎/㎏. ⓒ 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. QUAIDS 모형을 이용한 휘발유와 경유의 탄력성 추정

현대 사회에서 석유는 필수적인 자원이며 다양한 산업에서 석유를 사용하고 있다. 하지만, 사회의 석유 의존도가 증가함에 따라 환경문제가 대두되었고, 국제사회는 교토의정서나 파리협정과 같은 전 세계적인 협약을 체결하여 환경문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 국내수송용 에너지인 휘발유와 경유의 수요탄력성을 2003년부터 2015년까지의 가계 동향조사 자료를 사용하여 추정하였다. 가계의 소비지출과 지출 구조는 가계의 다양한 특성을 나타낸다. 분석 결과, 휘발유와 경유의 소득탄력성은 각각 약 0.354, 0.527로 양(+)의 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 소득에 대해 비탄력적인 것을 확인하였다. 휘발유와 경유의 자기가격탄력성은 각각 약 -0.20, -1.93으로 음(-)의 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 휘발유의 자기가격탄력성의 절댓값이 1 이하의 값을 가져 비탄력적인 재화로 나타났고, 경유의 자기가격탄력성의 절댓값이 1 이상의 값을 가져 탄력적인 재화로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 통해 휘발유보다 경유가 가격에 더욱 민감하게 반응하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 통해 정부가 정책 결정 과정을 수행하면서 참고할 수 있는 자료가 될 것이다. Petroleum is an essential resource in modern society, and petroleum is used in various industries. However, as society s dependence on petroleum increased, environmental issues arose, and the international community tried to solve environmental issues by signing global agreements such as the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement. Therefore, this study estimated the elasticity of demand for gasoline and diesel, which are domestic transportation energy, using household trend survey data from 2003 to 2015. Household consumption expenditures and expenditure structures represent various characteristics of households. As a result of the analysis, the income elasticity of gasoline and diesel was found to have positive values of about 0.354 and 0.527, respectively, and it was confirmed that they were inelastic to income. The self-price elasticity of gasoline and diesel was found to be negative (-), about -0.20 and -1.93, respectively. The absolute value of the self-price elasticity of gasoline was less than 1, which was found to be an inelastic good. Through the analysis results, it was confirmed that diesel is more sensitive to price than gasoline. Through the analysis results of this study, it will be a reference material for the government to carry out the policy-making process.

Although the three-electrode electrochemical cell is considered to be a powerful cell configuration for electrochemical impedance measurements, many researchers have extensively used the two-electrode electrochemical cell for the sake of convenience. In this work, the impedance of the lithium metal counter electrode that is frequently used to explore the electrochemical properties of the working electrode containing active materials in the field of lithium batteries was measured on the basis of a three-electrode electrochemical cell, and its contribution to the full cell impedance was carefully investigated. In particular, the effect of the counter electrode on the full cell impedance was quantitatively analyzed in the cases of cell aging and a low cell temperature. From the experimental results, it was demonstrated that inappropriate conclusions might be drawn in the case where a two-electrode electrochemical cell configuration is used to explore the impedance behavior of the active materials.
