THE BASIS AUTOMATON FOR THE GIVEN REGULAR LANGUAGE

A new problem of the theory of finite automata (Rabin-Scott's automata) is considered. So called basis automaton for the given regular language l is defined. this automaton is unique for the given L, it is defined by two au-tomata of canonical form: for L and for its inverse language LR. Some properties of basis automata are considered. Such properties make these automata most convenient for using in some special tasks dealing with the given regular language.

SOME MORE ON THE FINITE AUTOMATA

Some new problems of the theory of the finite automata are considered. Applying the finite automata in various tasks of the formal languages theory is observed. Special proof of Kleene's theorem is obtained. This proof is used for the defining the star-height of the finite automaton. The proper-ties of the last object are considered. The star-height of the finite automaton is used for reformulating the star-height problem of regular expression for finite automata. The method of the reduction of the star-height problem to the task of making special finite automaton is obtained. This reformulating can help to solve the star-height problem by new way.

В странах с развивающейся экономикой, государство п ока не имеет достаточно финансовых средств для охр аны окружающей среды и здоровья населения. Между тем, ситуация из года в год лучше не становится. В ка честве выхода из этой ситуации предлагается мобилиз ация усилий населения для защиты местных экосистем и собственного здоровья. Суть идеи: содействие сокра щению бедности, снижение заболеваний в семьях и нег ативного воздействия на окружающую среду за счет п овышения уровня информированности и соответствую щего обучения в области сохранения и эффективного использования имеющихся ресурсов, создания эффект ивной системы обучения женщин и молодежи не требу ющей инвестиций, использования эффективных педаг огических и психологических методов обучения местн ых сообществ. In developing economies, such as Uzbekistan, the state does not have adequate finances for environment and health protection and the situation has not improved over the years. There is a need for mobilizing the population to make an effort to protect local ecosystems and people’s health. The goal of the local women’s groups is therefore to ensure reduction of diseases in families and the negative impact of climate change on the environment by increasing levels of awareness, by providing appropriate training to women and youth. For this they need to make effective use of available resources, rather than demanding major investments, by using pedagogical and psychological methods to influence ordinary inhabitants.
