In this paper, we introduce environmental dynamism as the contextual factor, and conduct an empirical research on relationship of entrepreneurial resource, strategy and performance. We find that entrepreneurial resources including financial resources, human resources, management resources, information resources, technological resources, policy resources have a markedly positive impact on entrepreneurial performance, and the importance order is human resources, financial resources, information resources, technological resources, policy resources, management resources. These resources also have positive impact on entrepreneurial strategy; the richer the financial resources, human resources, information resources are, the easier it is to implement entrepreneurial strategy including cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy; the richer the management resources are, the easier it is to implement cost leadership strategy; the richer the technological are, policy resources are, the easier it is to implement differentiation strategy. The cost leadership strategy has a lower significant impact on entrepreneurial performance compared with the differentiation strategy, and these strategies all play a partial mediating effect between entrepreneurial resource and entrepreneurial performance. Environmental dynamism plays a negative effect on the influence of financial resources, human resources, management resources, and policy resources on entrepreneurial performance and plays a positive effect on the influence of information resources, technological resources on entrepreneurial performance. Finally, we present research conclusion, trends and perspectives.

With the development of E-commerce, more and more enterprises begin to use the network platform to carry on the sales; E-commerce transaction security will become the key issues and may restrict the development of electronic commerce. Using field survey method, this paper tried to explore the effects and internal mechanism of employee voice behavior in E-business Company. We collected data from provinces of Hubei, Hunan, Fujian, Guangdong and Zhejiang and got a sample of 93 multi-function work teams comprising 614 employees from E-business enterprises and institutions. All measurement instruments were adapted from well-established scales. Confirmatory factor analysis showed acceptable model fit indices. The values of inter-rated agreement and intra-class correlation indicated that the data aggregation from individual-level to shared team-level was reasonable, Through hierarchical regression and mediation and moderation effect analytic techniques the final results showed that voice behavior had a significant positive influence on team creativity. Team members’ voice behavior has positive effect on team creativity was not only partially mediated by specialization and credibility dimensions of transactive memory system, but also fully mediated by team knowledge sharing. In addition, team learning behavior was found to have significant moderation effect on the relationship between voice behavior and team creativity.

This paper bases on Listed Chinese logistics enterprises samples, from two aspects of static and dynamic to empirically investigate main effect factors of the capital structure, then studies to compare related research results with traditional Chinese manufacturing listed companies, in order to reveal the characteristics of Chinese listed logistics enterprises financing decision and dynamic adjustment, and summarize the corresponding theory through that. The results suggest that financing decisions of Chinese logistics enterprises have a certain difference from the traditional manufacturing enterprises, not only in financing structure establishment, but also in the dynamic adjustment of capital structure, having more mortgage-backed asset, larger size and better profitability are the powerful conditions of rapid financing adjustment for logistics enterprises.
