As results, the optimal conditions of DPH design were proposed as field test in real car, hot air flow, iso-thermal contours.

The study aims to analyzed and identify the diamond tip process of LED scribing for sapphire wafer. Especially, the experimental study on the width of diamond tip was performed. The parameter of width of diamond tip were used in the cases of 2㎛, 4㎛, 6㎛ and 8㎛. The scribing form and depth were investigated in the pictures and graphes. The optimum value of the width of diamond tip was given as a result.

In this study, the cooling characteristics for air-to-air heating system in Indestry has been analyzed and identified, using numerical simulations in order to design the prototype of the system. In addition, the optimal conditions of air-to-air heating system design were proposed as simulation data such as temp. distributions, air-flows, pressure distributions, temperatures at air outlet, and the efficiencies of heat exchange.
