This paper proposes a traffic sign recognition algorithm that is robust in various environments. Color information is an important element in the traffic sign recognition system, as the performance depends on variations in weather conditions, illumination, and type of cameras used. Besides the above factors, traffic signs also differ across countries. To overcome these problems, our approach involves traffic sign detection, classification, and tracking. In the detection module, color enhancement with maximally stable extremal regions is performed to improve the extracting candidate regions of traffic signs. Support vector machine classifiers with distance to border and histogram of oriented gradient feature vectors are used to detect the traffic signs. Detected traffic signs are thereby classified using convolutional neural networks with fine-tuning. Additionally, Kalman filter-based multi-target tracking not only verifies traffic sign detection but also optimizes the detection of regions of interest. The result of traffic sign detection is 95.67% when trained on the Belgium Traffic Signs Dataset for Detection (BTSD) training dataset and tested on the Germany Traffic Signs Detection Benchmark test dataset. Moreover, while using the BTSD training dataset, the area under the curve of our method is 89.56%. In classification, the performance of INHA Traffic Signs Classification is increased to 97.48% by adding transfer learning.
저소득층 가구 표준모델을 이용한 저소득층 에너지효율개선사업의 에너지 및 온실가스 절감 효과 분석

In order to reduce emissions of greenhouse gas, there has been a growing interest in energy efficiency improvement program of building sector. Building ssector can be reduce about 70% of the heating energy by applying the energy-saving technologies currently in use. Therefore, improvement of energy efficiency of existing building inefficient compared to new building, it is possible to greatly contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas. Improvement program of the energy efficiency of low-income have been continuously carried out up to now since 2007. In order to quantitatively analyze the effect of these support services are necessary reference model. In addition, by using a reference model, we tried to present the effect of the support business through the analysis of the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Energy consumption of the analysis result detached house 25%, multi-family house 24%, apartment 23% has been reduced. Analysis result of the emissions of greenhouse gas, detached house 25%, multi-family 31%, apartment 25% has been reduced. Because emissions of energy and greenhouse gases as compared with the new building us about three times greater, it must be considered the expansion of the efficiency encouragement and scope of continuous energy efficiency program in the future.

국토교통부의 아파트 주거환경통계에 따르면 공동주택의 난방방식 중 지역난방을 사용하고 있는 비중은 2007년 13.8%, 2010년 15.9%, 2013년 16.7%, 2016년 19.0%로 공동주택에서의 지역난방이용은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이는 에너지의 효율적 사용과 절약의 측면에서 지역난방에 대한 수요가 증대되고 있음을 보여준다. 이에 국내에서는 공동주택의 난방제어방식에 관한 연구가 지속적으로 진행되고 있다. 그러나 공동주택의 세대구성원 특성에 의한 에너지사용량 변화에 따른 난방공급온도제어에 관한 연구는 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 외기와 거주자의 사용량을 반영하는 새로운 난방공급온도 제어방식인 RED(Residential Energy Demand)제어를 제안한다. RED제어는 난방환수온도가 거주자의 난방사용패턴을 반영한다는 데에서 착안하였다. 그리고 거주자의 난방사용량과 외기온도를 모두 반영하는 새로운 난방공급온도제어방식이다. RED제어를 검증하기 위해 난방기간 동안 실제 지역난방을 열원으로 하는 공동주택을 선정하여 RED제어를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 RED제어 적용에 따른 난방공급온도 영향을 분석하였다.
