This study aims to research what the school principal's integrative leadership should improve the total quality management of school organization. To solve these research problems, related literature and previous study were analyzed and the conceptual model for this study was established. The conceptual model was based on the school principal's integrative leadership. The tool of integrative leadership of Bo1man and Deal(1992) was used after being revised and supplemented. Furthermore, to measure the situation of total quality management of school organization, the model developed by Kwon Dong-Taek(2002) was used after being revised and reorganized in accordance with the objective of study.
