부모 지지, 희망 및 진로자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 관계

본 연구는 대학생의 부모 지지, 희망, 진로자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 373명을 대상으로 부모지지, 희망, 진로자기효능감, 진로준비행동 척도를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모지지, 희망, 진로자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 간에는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 부모 지지, 희망, 진로자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 희망과 진로자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 부모지지는 유의미한 영향을 주지 않았다. 셋째, 희망과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로자기효능감은 매개효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과의 의미를 논의하고, 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among parent support, hope, career self-efficacy and career preparation behavior for college students. In order to achieve the purposes, 373 college students competed scales of hope, parent support, career self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, there were significant and positive correlations among parent support, hope, career self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. Secondly, the result indicated that hope and career self-efficacy have significant influence on career preparation behavior, and yet, the result revealed no significant correlation between career preparation behavior and parent support. Thirdly, the mediating effects of career self-efficacy was found between hope and career preparation behavior. Based on the findings, implications from this study were discussed. In addition, the significances and the limitations of the study, and suggestions for future studies were also offered.
