생산기술엔지니어 업무생산성 향상을 위한 Digital Manufacturing과 ERP의 Interface 구축사례연구

The interface between Digital Manufacturing and ERP was accomplished for M-BOM data transfer as a first success reference for DELMIA DPE and SAP/R3 user. This implies an improvement of Manufacturing Engineer's Business Productivity in terms of time saving from the simple and boring job, regular process with less value such as typing into the ERP, avoiding of any engineers' mistakes, and also with less stress without abnormal work load due to the unexpected delay of job to the goal. The characteristics of this methodology which is adopted in this case between DM and ERP are I) Hub and spoke topology(A hybrid topography where a single node acts an interconnection point for other nodes), 2) Complex link type(API and RFC), 3) Standard interface method(SOAP, RFC). As a proven methodology of this interface, it will be adapted stably to the similar project.
