This research includes the topic of the increase of new sports function through the application of sports education program model for dynamic development of creativity and the following effects of the program for 100 female high school students for one year. 1. By reorganising and operating sports events with the application of creative sports education model according to the specific situations of a school, students could have broader options and learn new sports as a cultural style, which can make them feel interest and achievement, and escape from the fragmentary physical education classes. 2. New sports events as the flow of class centered on competitions could provide a basis for the chances of the understanding of the rules of a game, improvement of team-work, performance of a division of roles, strategy establishment of the performance of a sports game, and social realisation of sports. 3. By providing new sports events, which can be enjoyed by only knowing basic functions and game rules, for female students who are usually not good at group ball games, learners could raise the ability to plan the next game model and perform it, and the events could provide the activation basis of joyful school physical education. 4. The basis of lifelong physical education could be provided by increasing the basic function of new sports and the function of being able to play a game, through voluntary participation in after school activities and development activities.
