온도 조건 변화에 따른 자동차 내장 플라스틱 부품의 BSR 소음 특성 평가

Vibration and noise generated in a recent vehicle have been dramatically decreased. Therefore, the noise(BSR; Buzz, Squeak, Rattle) caused in car interior parts has given a very displeasure feeling to the driver. Analysis method and test method have been studied in order to solve this problem. As the noise, which is caused by properties alteration of internal parts for the change of temperature inside the car, BSR test according to the temperature condition is required. In this study, the major internal parts consist of plastic are performed as BSR measurements testing with temperature conditions; high temperature, normal temperature and low temperature. As a result of this experiment, it confirms the change of the noise related to temperature conditions and verifies the effectiveness of BSR system.
