IPA 기법을 활용한 자전거 친화형 도시 조성 사업의 개선방안

이 연구는 공용자전거 누비자 이용에 참여하고 있는 시민들을 대상으로 IPA 기법을 통해 시민들의 관점에서 이용 품질에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 살펴봄으로써 공용자전거 누비자의 개선방안을 모색하였다. 연구대상의 표집은 단순무작위표집을 이용하여 현재 창원시에 소재하고 있는 공공자전거를 이용하는 회원들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 구체적으로 성별, 연령을 고려하여 350부의 유효 표본을 확보하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. Ⅰ사분면은 중요도와 만족도가 높은 속성으로 현재 상태로 지속적인 유지와 관리가 요구되는 면으로 누비자 이용 편리성, 누비자 이용 안정성, 누비자 자전거보험 효율성, 누비자 자전거정거장 관리, 누비자 이용가격 적절성, 누비자 민원의 친절성, 누비자 사업 공평성, 누비자 사업 공익성, 누비자 사업 정책 방향성 등의 속성이 포함되어 있었다. Ⅱ사분면은 중요도는 높고 만족도가 낮은 속성으로 최우선적인 개선을 필요로 하는 면으로 누비자 자전거 관리, 누비자 자전거도로 관리, 누비자 민원의 신속성 등의 속성이 포함되어 있었다. Ⅲ사분면은 중요도, 만족도 둘 다 낮은 속성으로 지금 시점에서 우선적으로 고려해야 할 사항이 아닌 면에는 누비자 가입 다양화, 누비자 가입 편리성, 누비자 홍보의 다양성이 포함되어 있었다. Ⅳ사분면은 중요도는 낮고 만족도가 높은 속성으로 과잉지양에 해당 되는데 현재의 노력에 대해 고려해야 할 면으로 누비자 정보 내용 정확성, 누비자 민원의 신뢰성 등의 속성이 포함되어 있었다. This study seeks the improvement plan for public bicycle Nubija by researching the importance and the satisfaction of use quality from the perspective of citizens through IPA technique targeting citizens who participate in the use of public bicycle Nubija. For the research subject, the members who are now using the public bicycle in Changwon are selected by mixing the convenient sampling and simple random sampling. 350 valid samples are secured by considering the sex, the age specifically. The results are as follows. I quadrant is an attribute with high importance and satisfaction which needs the continuous maintenance with current condition, and contains the attributes such as the use convenience, the use stability, the bicycle insurance efficiency, the bicycle station management, the appropriateness of use price, the kindness of petition, the fairness of project, the public interest and the policy direction of Nubija project. II quadrant is an attribute with high importance and low satisfaction which needs the top priority improvement, and contains the attributes such as bicycle management, road management, quickness of petition of Nubija. III quadrant is an attribute of which both importance and satisfaction are low, and the aspects which doesn’t have to consider preferentially now contain the diversification in subscription, the convenience in subscription, the variety of promotion of Nubija. IV quadrant is an attribute of which importance is low but the satisfaction is high, it applies to avoid excessiveness, and the aspects that should consider about the current effort include the accuracy of information, the reliability of petition of Nubija.
