청소년이 지각하는 공감능력, 또래지지가 행복감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각하는 공감능력, 또래지지가 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 U시 청소년 113명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 청소년이 지각하는 공감능력이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 공감능력의 하위요인인 인지적 공감, 정서적 공감 요인은 행복감에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 공감능력의 인지적 공감 요인이 행복감에 더 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 또래지지와 행복감과의 관계는 또래지지 하위요인인 정서적지지, 도구적지지 요인은 행복감에 긍정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 또래지지의 하위요인인 정보적지지, 평가적지지 요인은 행복감에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 정서적지지 요인이 도구적지지 요인보다 행복감에 더 영향력이 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 청소년이 지각하는 공감능력과 또래지지가 높을수록 행복감이 높아진다는 것을 의미는 것이다. 본 연구의 시사점은 청소년의 행복감 증진을 위한 교육프로그램 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. This study examined the influence of adolescents’ perception of empathy and peer support on happiness. The subjects of this study were 113 adolescents from U-city. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program. First, in the effect of the empathy ability perceived by adolescents on the feeling of happiness, the sub-factors of the empathy ability, such as cognitive empathy and emotional empathy, had a significant positive effect on happiness. In particular, the cognitive empathy factor of the empathy ability has more influence on happiness. Second, in the relationship between the adolescents’ peer support and feelings of happiness, the sub-factors of peer support, emotional support, and instrumental support had a significant positive effect on happiness. On the other hand, the sub-factors of peer support, informational support, and evaluative support did not affect happiness significantly. In particular, the emotional support factors have more influence on happiness than the instrumental support factors. This means that a higher level of empathy and peer support perceived by adolescents results in a higher feeling of happiness. This study provides basic data for preparing educational programs to improve adolescents’ happiness.

본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 행복감이 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 울산광역시의 영유아교사 167명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 인과 관계에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영유아교사의 행복감 하위 요인인 자기 조절 행복감은 정서적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내적 행복감과 외적 행복감 요인은 정서적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 행복감 하위 요인인 자기 조절 행복감은 유지적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내적 행복감과 외적 행복감 요인은 유지적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영유아교사의 행복감 하위 요인인 자기 조절 행복감 요인은 규범적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 영유아교사들의 조직 몰입 향상을 위한 실천적 개입방안 마련의 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effects of Happiness on Organizational Commitment According to the Socio-demographic Characteristics of Teachers of Infants and Toddlers. The study subjects were 167 infant teachers in Ulsan. The collected data were analyzed through frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis on SPSS 22.0 program, and multiple regression analysis was conducted for the causal relation between variables. The analysis results revealed that self-regulating happiness, a sub-factor of happiness of infant teachers, had a significant effect on their affective commitment, but factors of internal and external happiness did not significantly affect affective commitment. Second, self-regulating happiness had a significant effect on their continuance commitment. Third, the self-regulating happiness had a significant effect on their normative commitment. This study is considered to provide the basic data for preparing a practical intervention plan for improving the organizational commitment of infant teachers.
