본 논문에서는 개선된 회로를 적용한 용량성 센서용 저전력 전하분할 방식의 지문센서 감지회로를 제안하고 있다. 제안된 회로는 기존회로에 비하여 전력소모를 크게 줄이고 융선과 골간의 감지전압차를 확대하였다. 설계된 회로는 40MHz 동작주파수, 3.3V 전원에 $0.35{\mu}m$ 표준 CMOS 공정 파라미터를 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 검증결과 47% 전력소모 감소를 보였고 융선과 골간의 감지 전압 차에 있어서 90% 증가를 나타내었다. 제안된 회로는 면적의 증가 없이 기존 픽셀 레이아웃에 구현되었다. A modified capacitive detection circuit of charge sharing scheme is proposed, which reduces the static power dissipation and increases the voltage difference between a ridge and valley more than a conventional circuit. The detection circuit is designed and simulated in 3.3V, $0.35{\mu}m$ standard CMOS process, 40MHz condition. The result shows about 47% power dissipation reduction and 90% improvement of difference between a ridge and valley sensing voltage. The proposed circuit is layout without area increasing of a one pixel.
$256{\times}256$ 픽셀 어레이 저항형 지문센서

본 논문에서는 개선된 회로를 적용한 $256{\times}256$ 픽셀 저항형 지문센서를 제안하고 있다. 단위 픽셀 수준의 센싱회로는 가변적인 전류를 전압으로 변환하여 이진 디지털 신호로 만든다. 정전기에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 인접 픽셀 간 전기적 차폐 레이아웃 구조를 제안하고 있다. 전체회로는 단위 센서 회로를 확장하여 ASIC 설계방식을 통하여 설계한 뒤 로직 및 회로에 대하여 모의실험을 하였다. 전체회로는 $0.35{\mu}m$ 표준 CMOS 공정규칙을 적용하여 센서블록은 전주문 방식을 적용하고 전체 칩은 자동배선 툴을 이용하여 반주문 방식으로 레이아웃을 실시하였다. In this paper, we propose $256{\times}256$ pixel array fingerprint sensor with an advanced circuits for detecting. The pixel level simple detection circuit converts from a small and variable sensing current to binary voltage out effectively. We minimizes an electrostatic discharge(ESD) influence by applying an effective isolation structure around the unit pixel. The sensor circuit blocks were designed and simulated in standard CMOS $0.35{\mu}m$ process. Full custom layout is performed in the unit sensor pixel and auto placement and routing is performed in the full chip.

This paper deals with the power integration of large urban railway systems to improve regenerative energy utilization. Current regenerative energy utilization is low because there is no special plan for using this energy. If the railway system is integrated with other railway systems, the efficiency is expected to be improved. Through the case studies, to find the realistic effect of integrated operation, real system for the Seoul Metro lines, especially line 5 and 7, had been applied.

The combined generator system by integrating several renewable energy sources can share the electrical infrastructure and therefore have the advantage of constructing not only the transmission system but also the power conversion system. Among the various combined renewable system, the wind power and wave power has a high possibility of future growth due to the economic feasibility in offshore environment. This kind of large-scale combined systems might be follow the determination by the transmission system operator’s directions and control the output profile by focusing at PCC. However, both renewable energies are depend on the unpredictable environmental variation; it is needed to do the compensation devices. In this paper, the ESS compensation plan is proposed to do output determination of the combined generator system by paying attention to active power of utility grid with the analysis of the controllable elements of the wind and wave power generator. The improvement of the new application technique of the combined system is confirmed through using the PSCAD/EMTDC. The entire simulation process was designed by adopting the active power control according to the reference signal of TSO.

The success of new product is a key factor for getting competitive advantages. Marketing research has been investigating marketing capability, manufacturing technical capability, cross-functional integration, market knowledge competence, and competitive environment as the key success factors of new product advantage. Recently, the role of IT capability in enhancing new product advantage is assumed in the literature. However, the empirical studies on the role of IT capability are lacking. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of IT capability on new product competitive advantages and the relationship between IT capability and the key success factors for new product advantage. Conducting an empirical field study, the IT capability is shown to have a direct effect on new product competitive advantages, and to be also the key success factor to make up for marketing capability and manufacturing technical capability. This study develops a conceptual model on the role of IT capability in enhancing new product competitive advantages by integrating marketing research and IS research.
