코칭에 대한 일반인과 코칭전문가의 인식비교와 일반인의 코칭서비스 이용의향 연구

This study aimed to examine the perceptions and understanding of coaching among the general public and coaching professionals. To achieve this, three research questions were established and analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and Textom 6.0. The key findings include: First, the top five words associated with coaching by the general public were teacher, exercise, education, guidance, and learning. Second, the coaching professionals associated the following top words with coaching: growth, change, partnership, goals, questions, and potential. Third, the results of examining the future intention to use different types of coaching psychology services according to demographic variables revealed that health coaching had the highest intention. This research is significant as it identifies the differences in coaching perception and compares them with previous studies, and it also conducts preference surveys to invigorate the future coaching market.
