이중언어 중국인 석박사 학생의 유학생활 만족도와 개선방안 연구

본 연구는 이중언어 전공인 중국인 석박사 재학생 및 졸업생을 연구 대상으로 하여 그들의 유학생활에 대한 만족도를 알아보고 이를 분석하여 개선점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구자는 현상학적 방법을 사용하여 N대학 이중 언어 석·박사과정의 중국인 학생 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 중국어로 1대1 심층면담을 통해 얻은 자료를 Colaizzi가 제시한 방법을 활용하여 분석했다. 그 결과, 연구 참여자들은 한국생활, 특히 석박사 과정의 유학생활에 대해 대체로 만족했으나 전공수업, 비전공수업, 학교 인간관계, 학교 행정 및 시설 등의 분야에서의 다소 불만족을 표현하였고 이러한 분석결과들을 통해 연구자는 5가지의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 이중언어 석박사 과정에 대한 선행연구들의 공백을 보완한 기초 자료로서의 의미가 있다. 향후 더욱 다양한 배경을 가진 연구참여자에 대한 질적·양적 연구가 필요하다. This study aims to study Chinese master's and doctoral students in bilingual courses to find out their satisfaction with their study abroad life and suggest improvements. Using phenomenological methods, the researcher selected eight Chinese students with master's and doctoral courses in bilingualism at N University as participants in the study. Data obtained through one-on-one in-depth interviews in Chinese were analyzed using the method suggested by Colaizzi. As a result, Chinese master's and doctoral students were generally satisfied with Korean life, especially studying abroad for master's and doctoral courses, but they reported inconveniences in the fields of major classes, non-major classes, school human relations, school administration and facilities, and through these, the researcher suggested five improvement measures. This study is meaningful as basic data that supplements the gap between previous studies on bilingual master's and doctoral courses. In the future, qualitative and quantitative studies are needed on research participants from a large scale of various backgrounds.

상호문화적 관점에서 재한 중국인 원어민 교사의 교직생활 적응전략에 대한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 상호문화적 관점으로 재한 중국어 원어민 교사들의 교직생활에 주목했고 Byram의 상호문화역량 핵심 구성요소인 지식(Knowledge), 기술(Skill), 태도(Attitude)를 기준으로 하여 재한중국어 원어민 교사들의 직업적응전략을 분석·정리하였다. 연구자는 현상학적 방법을 사용하여 한국의 각종 교육환경에서 5년 이상 원어민 교사로 근무한 경험을 가진 중국인 20명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 반구조화된 면담질문으로 1대1 심층면담을 통해 얻은 자료를 Colaizzi가 제시한 방법을 활용하여 분석했다. 그 결과, 지식의 측면에서는 중국어 원어민 교사들이 ‘知彼知己(지피지기)’ 전략을 활용하였고 기술의 측면에서는 ‘因人而异(인인이이)’전략을 구사하였으며 태도의 측면에 있어서는 현실에 맞게, 친구, 교사, 언니 또는 누나, 부모와 같은 다양한 역할을 취하여 ‘有的放矢(유적방시)’ 전략을 활용하였다. 본 연구는 재한 중국어 원어민 교사의 교직생활에 대한 선행연구의 공백을 보완한 기초 자료로서의 의미가 있다. 향후 더욱 다양한 배경을 가진 연구 참여자에 대한 질적·양적 연구가 필요하다. This study analyzed the adaptation strategies shown in the work and life of native Chinese teachers living in Korea from an intercultural perspective. It was organized and analyzed based on Byram's core components of intercultural competency: Knowledge, Skill, and Attitude. A phenomenological method was used as a research method, and 20 native Chinese teachers with more than 5 years of experience working in various educational environments in Korea were selected as research participants. Data obtained through one-on-one in-depth interviews using a semi-structured questionnaire were analyzed using the method suggested by Colaizzi. As a result, in terms of knowledge, native Chinese teachers used the ‘知彼知己 (knowing each other)’ strategy, and in terms of technology, they used the ‘因人而异(varying from person to person)’ strategy. In terms of attitude, the ‘有的放矢(having a target in one's sights)’ strategy was utilized by taking on various roles such as friend, teacher, elder sister or parent, in line with reality. This study is meaningful as basic data that complements the gaps in previous research on the lives and adaptations of native Chinese teachers living in Korea. Subsequent qualitative and quantitative research on research participants with more diverse backgrounds is needed.
