        레고블록형 설계와 상호작용 시각화를 통한 신뢰성 설계 방안 연구

        본 연구에서는 무기체계를 구성하는 장비 설계 시 신뢰성과 효율성을 동시에 높이기 위한 레고블록형 설계 방법과 상호작용 영향도 시험 방안을 제안하였다. 실제 함정전투체계의 적용 사례를 바탕으로 레고블록형 설계와 상호작용 영향도 시험의 활용 가능성을 확인하였으며 그 결과 현재 환경시험에서 상호작용에 의한 고장을 56%나 줄일 수 있음을 검증하였다. 환경시험을 완료한 장비에 대해서는 야전 배치 이후 고장 이력을 분석한 결과 장비의 50%가 상호작용에 의한 고장으로 파악되어 환경시험 이후의 상호작용에 의한 고장도 예측이 가능할 것으로 기대되며, 야전 정비 비용 절약과 동시에 무기체계의 신뢰도 향상에 기여가 가능함을 확인하였다. The goal of this study of to improve the method of predicting and preventing interaction between parts and modules of unit equipment in advance as a countermeasure against interaction, and also to conduct research on efficient design methods rather than traditional TAAF methods. based on the actual case of Shipboard Combat System, the applicability of the Lego Block type Architecture and Interaction Visualization interaction and in/out test was confirmed. it was verified that interaction failures can be reduced by 56% in the current environmental test. As a result of analyzing the failure history after the field shipboard combat system, 50% of the equipment is identified as interaction failure, and it is expect that the interaction failure after the environmental test cab be predicted, and it can contribute to reducing the field maintenance cost and improving the reliability of the weapon systems.

        This paper describes the mechanical and control design of a robotic device for providing therapeutic assistance to arm movement following stroke. This is a new robot for arm therapy applicable to the training of activities of daily living in homes and clinics. This instrument has one degrees of freedom, and is equipped with position and force sensors. Repetitive movement can improve movement performance in patients with neurological or orthopaedic lesions. The application of robotics can serve to assist, enhance, evaluate, and document neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation of movements. The new robot, the mechanical structure, the control circuit, the sensors and actuators and some safety aspects.

      • Nd:YAG 레이저를 이용한 의료기기용 마이크로 동축케이블의 실드선 탈피에 관한 연구

        Recently, as ultrasonic medical devices are gradually developed, many of those requires smaller and more precision coaxial cables in probe. So, the use of micro coaxial cable becomes an efficient solution for ultrasonic machine. However, there are many difficulties in stripping micro coaxial cable by traditional mechanical process. In this paper, we use the Nd-YAG laser for the efficient stripping of conduct wire of cable. Through some experiments, we found that there is a new possibility in the proposed method. Also, in order to enhance the performance, we propose a preprocess of the cable before stripping.

      • 풍력 발전기 실증연구를 위한 원격 모니터링 시스템 구축

        In this paper, remote monitoring system for wind turbine site is developed. This system is a hierarchical reliable monitoring system connected by wireless communication channels between monitoring host computer and modular slave measuring subsystems. The design of this systems; the slave measuring subsystems is placed in meteorological tower and wind turbine, and the supervisory host computer is in the safety zone. The slave measuring subsystems signals are from a meteorological tower, wind turbine generator and tower. For monitoring and command function, the supervisory computer is implemented with a PC using graphic user interface. This system can be transferred the information among host computer and remote computers through the Ethernet. Consequently, we can get reliability but economic system. The system has the concept of universality and modularity, so it is simple and easy to implement in wind turbine test sites.
