A stage lighting is used for representing the mood of the stage as a director intends. Since a LED has several advantages such as a fast responsibility and a dimming ability, it is most useful for developing a stage lighting as a lighting source. However, it is necessary to develop the color mixing technique considered the wave length spectrum of the LED for dimming the color uniformly. In this paper, we measure the wave length power spectrum of the LED module and simulate the color coordinates by using the chromaticity diagram of the CIE1931 and the pwer spectrum data. Also, we establish the experiment set and compare the simulation result with the experimental result.

이 논문에서는 100[W]급 Discrete LED 투광기 조명 제품 개발에 관한 것으로, 3[W] RGBA LED를 이용하여 광색 및 색온도 제어가 가능하도록 광학/방열/회로/시스템 설계를 통한 시제품을 제작하였다. 그 결과, 색온도 2,000~10,000[K] 범위에서 흑체궤적에 정확히 일치하면서 연색지수가 71~91까지 고연색성을 실현하였으며, 동작전압 90~250[Vac], 효율 87[%], 역률 93이상의 양호한 전기적 특성을 나타냈다. 또한 투광기의 협각/중각/광각 배광을 만족하기 위하여 LED 렌즈플 설계하였으며, 신뢰성 확보 및 주위온도에 따른 광출력 변화를 최소화할 수 있는 방열설계를 실시하였다. This papers is about 100[W] discrete LED floodlight lighting system, light color and color temperature to be controlled using the 3[W] HGBA LED, is developed the product with optical, heat dissipation, circuit, luminaire and system design. The result, color temperature is changed corresponding to black body locus from 2,000[K] to 10,000[K] and The Color Hendering Index(C.R.I) is achieved from 71 to 91 by high C.R.I. Driving voltage is 90~250[Vac], circuit efficiency is 87[%], P.F is more than 93. moreover the LED lens is designt to achieve narrow, middle, wide beam angle, heat dissipation design is excuted to minimize variation of luminous output by the surroundings temperature and to ensure reliability.
Simple-Inverse Matching 혼색기법을 이용한 100[W] 무대조명 개발

For the development of 100[W] stage lighting, quantitative and uniform color mixing that applied through color adopted Simple-Inverse matching so that color mixing can be possible along Black Body Locus. R,G,B(Red, Green, Blue) LED(Light Emitting Diode) arrangement through LED package character analysis, LED module, and the characteristic of device were considered for uniform color mixing. A distance changeable optical device was built to assure high uniformity and high diffusion of not only the middle of diffusion side but also the border side. Also, we developed the control power circuit that can expand up to 6 channels which are possible for quantitative color mixing, and the high uniformity and high quantified border light for color mixing control and the verification of color mixing characteristics by composing GUI(Graphical user interface) including color mixing simulator. By presenting the experimental results of light color control, we proved the usefulness of our developed border light and the proposed color mixing method.
