수원 혼합 공정을 기반으로한 해수 담수화 전력 소비 특성 분석

담수화 시설은 일반적으로 상수도 시설 대비 높은 에너지 소모량과 운전비용이 요구되어 경제성 부분에서의 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 해수담수화 공정에서 해수와 다양한 수자원을 혼합하는 blending 기법이 해결책으로 모색되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해수와 지하수를 혼합함으로서 낮은 염 농도를 유도하였으며 이를 통해 해수담수화 전력 소비 특성을 분석하였다. 수원 blending 원수의 특성에 따라 운전압력 조건을 변화시켜 동일 운전 압력에서의 여과투과성능, 전력 소비 특성을 확인하였다. 동일한 압력 조건에서는 blending을 통해 원수에 농도를 낮춤으로서 해수단일 공정대비 높은 처리 투과 유속을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 에너지절감효율(%) 및 SEC에 경우 원수의 농도를 낮게 유도함으로서 일반 해수 단일공정 대비 높은 회수율과 처리수량의 확보를 도모하여 경제성 확보와 에너지 소비량의 저감 효율을 확인할 수 있었다. Desalination plants generally require high energy consumption and operating cost compared to water supply facilities. In order to solve a problem, a blending technique that blends sea water and various water resources is used. In this study, low salt concentration was caused by blending of sea and ground water, power consumption of sea water desalination was analyzed from the blending water. The filtration performance and power consumption characteristics at the same operating pressure were confirmed by varying the operating pressure condition according to the characteristics of the blending water. In the case of the same pressure condition, permeate flux was varied according to the concentration in raw water. As a result, it was possible to confirm the high permeate flux compared to the seawater desalination process. In addition, by lowering the concentration of raw water, it is possible to reduce the energy consumption and SEC compared to the desalination process.
