Titanium oxide was known for famous photocatalistic material because stability of chemical and physical, high reaction-reduction, commercial application, low price in each photocatalistic. but It have limitation reacting only ultraviolet region. N-doped titanium dioxide was prepared by reactive magnetron sputtering from Ti target in a mixtures of Ar/N₂/O₂ atmosphere on unheated glass substrates. Surface characteristic of TiO₂, N-TiO₂ analyzed XRD, FE-SEM. Photoreaction was evauated by decomposition of sunshine yellow.
