국가 브랜드 제고 및 스포츠 외교 증진을 위한 국가대표 선수 및 코칭스태프의 역할 연구

본 연구는 국가대표로 활동하고 있는 선수 및 코칭스태프가 민간 외교 사절단으로서의 역할과 그에 맞는 정부의 노력이 어떻게 이루어져야 하는지를 분석해 보고, 효율적인 국가 이미지 제고와 스포츠 외교 증진을 위한 방안을 어떻게 운영해야 하는지를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 스포츠 외교와 관련된 문헌이 담고 있는 내용을 면밀하게 분석하여 관심 있는 영역의 사회현상에 대한 통찰을 얻고 그에 관한 이론을 검토하였고, 또한 어떤 결론을 내리고자 실질적 연구방법인 문헌연구 법을 실시하였다. 문헌 연구에 따른 결과는 다음과 같이 크게 네 가지로 국가대표 선수와 코칭스태프가 갖춰야 할 조건을 제시하였다. 첫째, 어학실력을 갖추는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 전지훈련 및 국제대회 개최국의 문화교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 글로벌 에티켓 교육이 필요하다. 넷째, 비언어적 교육이 필요하다. 이런 조건을 위해 정부와 대표 선수 및 코칭스태프의 노력이 중요한데, 이러한 교육 과정을 통해 스포츠 외교 전문가 못지않은 성과가 있을 것이라 생각된다. The purpose of this study is aimed to analyses roles of members of the national team and couching staff as nongovernmental diplomat and how the government supports a part fit for them for the sake of effective national image raise and advancement of sports diplomacy. To achieve this purpose, it investigated the current status of sport diplomacy and reviewed books related to educate professionals in sport diplomacy. And then, the current paper suggests strategies to empower a diplomatic capacity of the country with reference to foreign sport policy which provides a successful case of making diplomatic relation via sport. The following things were suggested as the result of this study. First of all, they must communicate with foreigner fluently. Second, they should learn culture of any countries. Third, it``s need to educate global etiquette. Forth, it``s need to practice non-linguistic instruction Being educated 4 factors, sport diplomatic would be oriented toward upgrading developing their national``s power of competition for sport diplomatics.
